Ian GrodmanIan Grodman

Ian Grodman graduated from Rutgers University School of Law, where he was Managing Notes and Comments Editor of the Rutgers Computer and Technology Law Journal and Student Speaker at Commencement, twenty years ago. Although his career includes time as a litigator for a large law firm handling cases in both the Federal and State Courts of New York and New Jersey and as a law guardian on behalf of young people in the foster care system in New Jersey, his practice in recent years has focused on the immigration needs of individuals, families, businesses, and investors from around the world.

Ian has counseled businesses, international investors, families and individuals on a large range of immigration issues, from applications for work visas, to applying for permanent residency and citizenship, to petitioning for a child adopted abroad to enter the United States. Ian has counseled clients regarding their immigration needs in USCIS offices throughout the United States and United States Consulates around the world.

A former elected official, Ian has also served as a mediator and has been referred cases by both the New Jersey Superior Court and the local Municipal Courts for Mediation. He was trained as a mediator by the New Jersey State Bar Association and the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators.
